Arm Prosthetic

An arm prosthetic, or upper limb prosthesis, is a customized artificial limb designed to replace part or all of a missing arm. It typically consists of a socket, which fits over the residual limb, a suspension system for stability, an elbow or wrist joint if applicable, and a hand or terminal device. These prosthetics are tailored to the individual's needs, allowing them to perform tasks like grasping objects and performing daily activities. By mimicking the function and appearance of a natural arm, arm prosthetics help restore independence and improve quality of life for amputees.
